About WFW: My name is Jennifer Gilley I started Wheels For Wheels to help Family's like my own, I know how hard it is to have a Child in a Wheelchair, Geting the Child around is very hard it is even harder in a small car. You may be thinking how mush can a Handicap Van relly help a Family with a Handicap Child. It will HELP ALOT, Handicap Family's have to go to the Docter's all the time , We have to take my son Chirs to Docter's,OT,PT and ST 3 times everyweek most weeks we have more than 6 APP,we have had up to 18 Appointments in one week!!! For 3 months we had 3-4 app, a day!! Sometimes we still get 10-16 app, for one week. That is just Appointments we have alot of other things we need to take care of. Geting in and out of the car so many times a day is alot easier in a Handicap Van then a Car. With a car they have to try to fit there wheelchair in the trunk then pull it out eveywhere they stop ( wheelchairs are very havey!! ) and then put it together and get their child out of the car not ther baby a child that can not walk and most are very havey! and put them in ther wheelchair. Dont think that it's not that hard it is hard!!! and Family's have to do this around 4 times eveyday in the rain and snow!!! So Please Help just a little will Help. Thank You Be confident that your donation is going to a Child and his/her Family that realy needs it! Handicap Vans can cost $60,000 or more. $45,000 is for old used Vans
